This web-site

Idea behind this web-site is to provide information about the wonderful breed of Kurilean Bobtails. And a way for interessted buyers to get in touch with registered breeders across the world.

Family

As in the dogworld, you will find cats with specific characteristics. The Kurilean Bobtail is seen as a particularly good family cat. A cat who thrives with its pack, and who loves attention.

The Kurilean Bobtail is recognized through its short tail, with kinks and curves - and it looks like a pompom. At the same time it has a compact medium sized body, powerfully buildt, and a "wild" look.

Health

The breed has low inbreed % and few specific diseases. THOUGH there might be illness and situations with the breed as with any cat - such as tooth issues.
